Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
🇨🇱 Chile: 7 to 20 business days 🌎 Latin America: 10 to 25 business days 🌍 International: 15 to 30 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Free Shipping Some products include free shipping, which is indicated on the product page.
European Union: We offer free shipping to all European Union countries. The estimated delivery time is 14 to 30 business days. A tracking number is provided once the order has been dispatched.

- 🌎 Latin America & International: Free shipping on orders over $50 USD. Orders below that amount: flat rate of $8 USD.
