Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are:
Chile: 8–23 business days
International: 15–30 business days
Europe: 14–30 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $30,000 CLP for Chile. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Times and costs vary depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

When will I receive my tracking number?

The tracking number is sent by email within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How do I request a return?

Email us at zicohyppolite@zivronex.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will respond within 24–48 business hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
